About LuminAID
Founded in 2010 by two architecture graduate students who were asked to design a product to assist post-earthquake relief efforts in Haiti, LuminAid’s collection of solar inflatable lights are now used by adventurers, families and aid workers around the world. Recently, co-founders Anna and Andrea were invited to present LuminAid on ABC’s Shark Tank, where all five sharks (investors) made them offers! Each LuminAid light weighs less than 3 ounces and provides 6-30 hours of LED light (depending on brightness setting), with only 7 hours of charge in sunlight. They are also waterproof and can float, making them perfect for campers, backpackers, rafters, and also for aid workers around the globe.
Even better, LuminAid’s Give Light, Get Light program allows shoppers to provide a LuminAid light to a cause around the world for just an additional $10 when purchasing any light through the website. To date, LuiminAid’s Give Light Get Light program has donated more than 12,000 lights to over 50 countries.LuminAid’s affiliate program is exclusively hosted in the AvantLink network.
